The Exquisite Leather Quality That We Assure

The Exquisite Leather Quality That We Assure Our major goal is to provide high-quality leather jackets with a natural fit and elegance. Each order passes through several production departments before reaching at our customer’s door.
It is critical for our customers to understand how we do things, what sort of hide we use, and how we create, process, and ship leather jackets all over the world.

LEATHER SELECTION:

All of our coats are handcrafted and sorted with meticulous attention to detail. Our leather jackets are 100% handcrafted by specialists in our warehouse using lambskin skins as the major material.

It is one of the softest, most natural, and skin-friendly materials used to make pleasant leather items today. Cowhide is also used to make carpets and other products.

Trimming and cleaning:

The hides are cut and categorized by size, weight, and thickness. They are bathed in rotating drums of water, detergents, and bactericides (substances that destroy microorganisms). This soaking procedure eliminates salt, grime, and blood, as well as proteins that might promote bacterial development. Hair is eliminated with chemical sprays or lime solutions.

Scudding, a method that removes scuds, or the residual undesirable hair, dirt, and other material left in the hair follicle after dehairing, is used to scrape off excess hair. Scudding is done by hand with dull knives or by a machine that squeezes out the scuds. The skins are cleaned once more to eliminate any leftover chemicals.
Next, the skins are immersed in an acid solution. The hides are then batted, which is a procedure in which enzymes or chemicals that expedite the breakdown of no fibrous proteins in the hides are used. Bating strengthens the collagens (fibrous proteins) in the hide by removing no fibrous proteins. As a result, the skins are soft and flexible. Finally, the skins are pickled with salt and sulfuric acid to soften and clean them further.

Tanning:

To guarantee that the hide is suitable for jacket manufacture, our professionals utilize quick tanning and correct cleaning procedures. To eliminate pollutants, hairs, lipids, and proteins that propagate bacteria, several procedures and equipment are used.

Washing and drying:

After tanning, the skins are thoroughly washed and wrung dry to remove any remaining moisture. A band knife is used to slice the skins horizontally to a regular thickness. The skins are then transported to drying tunnels via a conveyor belt. To reduce shrinkage during drying, the skins are stretched on frames. They are doused with water and detergent and hung for an extended period of time to prevent the rigidity caused by drying from setting in.
The skins are placed through technology that loosens the fibers and increases the flexibility of the leather. The skins are then vacuum-dried in cabinets.

To polish the completely dried skins, abrasive cylinders are utilized. Buffing, similar to sandpapering, is done to remove surface defects. Sueding the skins are also achievable by passing them through high-speed emery wheels on the flesh side. This treatment raises the strands, giving them a velvet nap (fuzzy) look.
The following stage is finishing, which is the application of a thin coating to the leather surface to preserve its beauty. Some are coated to make them look more polished, while others are dyed or colored.

DESIGNING OF JACKET:

Creating a pattern, cutting, stitching, lining addition, and adding fancy embellishments are all part of the overall production of a leather jacket. We have skilled designers with demonstrated abilities with garment equipment and machines who can build flawless jacket based on the size, variation, and colour specified.

Sewing and cutting:

The idea is to make a jacket that you can proudly wear for many years without the stitching coming undone. Experts in the warehouse collect the bits of leather required for the jacket’s outer and inside patterns. After gathering all of the pieces, they are cut out and sewn together for the sleeves, front and back.

Jacket Pattern: We place a high value on a well-designed jacket. To get the greatest outcomes, many design components, relevant digital tools, and procedures are employed based on the style desired by the customer.
Lining Attachment: Because the lining makes the jacket more comfortable, we only use the softest and most skin-friendly viscose inside. As a result, the jacket gets warmer and more comfortable on the body.

QUALITY CHECK:

We do a variety of inspections to ensure that the product will meet your expectations for a much longer length of time. To accomplish the following quality requirements, we have assembled a team of experts.
• The Jacket is styled similarly to the product photograph.
The magnitude of the variance is determined by the size of the variation.
• Stitching is done properly.
• Detection of flaws.
• Proper completion (cuffs, collar, buttons, zippers, pockets, etc.)

FINAL INSPECTION AND Packing:

Once everything is in order, our staff gives the leather jacket one more inspection before sending it to the packaging department to ensure that it is suitable for the purpose. To minimize freight damage, we wrap all of our items in special bags designed for leather jackets.
